heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned
Samuel Dyson and John Walker Dearnley, carrying on
business at Syke House, in the township of Greetland, in
the parish of Halifax, and county of York, as Dealers in
Alkali, and Makers of Washing Liquor, under the style or
firm of J. W .Dearnley & Co. was dissolved on the 6th
day of April instant, by mutual consent. All debts due
to and owing by the said copartnership will be received and
paid by the said Samuel Dyson. -- Dated this 20th day
of April 1850.
