Records show an Alice Dennerley 1850 baptised 18 Jun 1850, Prestwich, parents Joseph (labourer) and Eliza of Manchester, BUT there is also an entry (Ancestry) for Alice Dennerley buried 18 Jun 1850, aged 15, Prestwich, parents Joseph and Eliza of Rooden Lane. So there are TWO records for this same date in 1850 for Alice, same parents, one in a book of baptisms and one in a book of burials, with the same curate officiating. I think someone copied the entry into the wrong record book. The burial gives the age (15) and seems to be the correct entry. JAD.
