I William Denorly of Werneth in the Parish of Stockport in the
County of Chester Lodger do hereby publish this my last Will in the manner and
form following. First I order all my just Debts Funeral Expenses and the
charge for the Probate of this my Will to be paid as soon as conveniently may
by my Executors hereinafter named as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease out of my Real Estate not having sufficient of Personal
Estate to do so. Secondly I hereby give devise and bequeath unto my
Daughter Senorah Bowker of Werneth Widow and Joseph Tinker of Hyde
Land Surveyor their Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns or the survivor
of them All and Singular my personal Estate and also all those several
Messuages or Dwelling Houses being Freehold of Inheritance situate in
Haughton in the Parish of Manchester in the County of Lancaster toge
ther with all and singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging
upon Trust nevertheless for the following purposes, that is to say
that the allow my loving wife Betty should she survive me to enjoy
all the interest of my said Estate during her natural life. And at
her decease should she survive me if not then at my decease or
the case may happen I hereby empower my said Trustees or the survivors
of them or their Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns to Sell by Auc
tion or Private Contest at their choice and for the most money
they can All my said real Estate situate in Haughton aforesaid
and to make good and sufficient Titles and Conveyance of the same
to the purchaser or purchasers thereof and I hereby order that the
receipt of my said Trustees or their Heirs Executors Administrators
or Assigns shall be sufficient discharge to any purchaser for
so much money as the receipt may specify. But if my said Trustees
think that my real Estate will be ultimately of greater Interest
to my children by keeping the same in their possession and
collecting the rents and letting the said Rents accumulate until
the Mortgage now Owing upon the same and the Debts and Funeral
Expenses of my Self, and also the Funeral Expenses of my wife
should she survive me. I hereby give them my said Trustees the
power to so act if they think proper, And my Will and mind is and
are that my said Trustees have the power and choice of either selling

give them power to act accordingly, And where all my just Debts and the

equally amongst my Children there living Share and Share alike

Robert Grundy, one seventh share thereof to my Daughter Senorah Bowker
one seventh share thereof to my Son John, one seventh share thereof to my
Daughter Clarissa the wife of Richard Wainwright one seventh share thereof to my
Son Allen, one seventh share thereof to my daughter Lucy the wife of
Thomas Simister and one seventh share thereof to my Son Joel and
should any of my said Children die without lawful Issue then my will is that
the Share or Shares of him or her so dying go to and be divided among
the survivors Share and Share alike. But if any of my said Children die
and have lawful Children then my will is that such Children be entitled
to their Fathers or Mothers share and that the same be divided equally
among them, but if any of my said Children die and have one lawful
Child only then my will is that that one Child be entitled to the same

living And I hereby order that the receipt of any of my daughters that
may happen to be married at the distribution of the residue of my Estate

my Trustees and Executors to remunerate themselves in a reason

the Acts deeds receipts or disbursements of the other of them
