Child of John Turver and Hannah Wood

Hannah Wood

ID# 10835, b. about 1766, d. December 1832
From 15 December 1789, her married name was Turver.

Birth:
Hannah Wood was born about 1766

Hannah Wood may be the daughter of Thomas Wood of Kellingley.
The following children of Thomas Wood are found in the Bishop's Transcripts of Baptisms:

Name Baptism date Thomas's abode
from the FMP image
Ann 21 Jul 1752 Kellingley
Ann 06 Oct 1754 Kellingley
Mary 03 Jun 1757 [no image]
Sarah 15 Jul 1759 Kelleley
Thomas 13 Apr 1762 [no image]
Rebecca 30 Sep 1764 Kelleley
Hannah 22 Dec 1766 [not stated]
Martha 21 Feb 1769 Kelleley
Susannah 26 May 1771 Kellingley

Hannah Wood's father may be Thomas Wood of Kellingley, buried 09 Jun 1788, age not stated. Her brother Thomas junior is very likely Thomas Wood of Kellingley, buried 02 Dec 1832, aged 70. Thomas junior was Hannah Turver's uncle and was perhaps the Thomas Wood who was a witness at her marriage to William Dearnaly in 1814.

Presumably the first Ann died before the second Ann was born, but there's nothing so far to confirm this. No clue either about the name of Thomas Wood's wife, but judging from the dates of their children they were probably married in 1751 or not long before.
