This is the last Will and Testament of me Samuel Dearnaley
of Copley in the Township of Stayley in the County of Chester Cotton Mill Manager
I bequeath all the personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my
decease unto my dear wife Martha Dearnaley absolutely And I appoint
my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other testament
writings In witness wherof I have hereunder set my hand this twenty eighth
day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy two

Testament in the prescence of us present at the same time who at his request in his
