Melbourne is 5 miles E. of Abingdon Piggots (where William & Margot raised their family)

A Thomas Lawrence married an Elizabeth Preston at Litlington on 28 Jan 1711.
There is a time slot for William to be their son, but unfortunately the other children were all baptized in Litlington (both before & after 1717).
