In 51 he's 65 & born Ingbirchworth. In 41 he's 56. The last is interesting. It's not rounded as is normal for 41. Maybe this is a good indication that he's giving an exact age rather than saying "about". The apparent discrepancy in age comes about because his birthday lay between the dates of the census (end of March in 51 beginning of June in 41). If we can rely on this it seems to place him between end of March and early June in 1785. Not that this is an immediate help because neither IGI not FreeReg has any candidates there. It certainly rules out the 1788 baptism in Lane as this gives the DoB as being 1788 (July IIRC).
