This is the last will and Testament of me Joseph Dearnley of New Miller Dam in the parish of Sandal Magna in the county of York, Gardner. I give and bequest unto my wife Ann Dearnley a Bed and Bedding and all such other furniture effects and money as at the time of her Marriage with me she was possessed of to and for her own use and benefit and subject thereto I give and devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature tenure or kindsoever unto my Son in Law James Wigglesworth his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns Upon Trust to Sell and absolutely dispose of deliver and convey the whole of my real and personal Estates to any person or persons willing to purchase the same………..equally amongst my said wife and my children share and share alike.
And I appoint the said James Wigglesworth Executor this my will As Witness my hand this Twenty sixth day of August one thousand eight hundred and fifty one.
