My husband is descended from Mary Dearnley who m John Swindells 27 sep 1787 at Mottram. Since he was bap 7 feb 1769, she is probably about the same age, also they had children between 1790 and 1810, which confirms that she wasn't older. 

When her first son was born in 1790, the vicar wrote that Mary was the daughter of William Dearnelly of Hadfield, farmer. 

William son of William was bap 6 may 1771 of Hadfield at Glossop, therefore almost certainly Mary's brother and Hannah was bur 12 jan 1775 dau William Dearnley at Glossop. 27 jan 1775, bur William Derneley senior of Hadfield, almost certainly Mary's grandfather rather than father, because senior requires another adult with the same name and the William 1771 would not qualify. 

A William Derneley of Hadfield is in the jury lists for Glossop in 1697 and John Dearneley 1695 and John Dearnley [son of William[:ITAL]]* m Deborah 10 aug 1775 at Mottram, but it is difficult to make these few facts into a credible family tree.
