York Mariner. First I Will and direct that all my just Debts and my Funeral and Testamentary Expences be paid
by my Executors herein after named I give and bequeath unto my friends Thomas Gillott of Masbro aforesaid
Butcher and Richard Rhodes of Masbro aforesaid Grocer The sum of Ten Pounds for the sole use of my
Daughter Mary Newsome. Also the sum of Ten Pounds for the sole use of my Daughter Ann Heppenstall. Also
the sum of Twenty Pounds to my son Jolm Dearnaly. Also the sum of Ten Pounds to my son Thomas Dearnaly.
Also the Sum of Ten Pounds to my son Charles Deamaly Also the Sum of Ten Pounds to my Son Edward
Dearnaly (provided he returns from the Kings service in which he is engaged abroad). Also the sum of Three
Pounds to my Daughter Harriett Dearnaly*. I also give and bequeath to my Son's Thornas and Charles Dearnaly
aforesaid for their sole and equal use my share of the Vessel known by the name of the Vine and belonging

debts, funeral, and Testamentary expences are paid I direct that the rest residue and remainder shall be equally
divided share and share alike amongst my Children hereafter named Viz Mary Newsome Ann Heppenstall,
John, Thomas, Charles and Harriett Dearnaly*, Provided always and I do hereby further declare the said Trustees
herby appointed and each of them and their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns of each of them shall
be charged or chargeable respectively for such moneys only as they respectively shall actually receive by Virtue
of the trusts hereby in them reposed notwithstanding their or any of their giving or signing or joining in giving
or signing any receipt or receipts for the sake of conformity and any one or more of them shall not be
answerable or accountable for the other or others of them or for involuntary losses. And also it shall and may be
lawfull for them with and out of the Monies which shall come to their hands respectively by virtue of the Trusts
aforesaid to retain to and reimburse themselves respectively and also to allow their respective Cotrustee or
Cotrustees all Costs Charges Damages and Expences which they or any of them shall or may suffer sustain
expend disburse be at or be put to in or about the execution of the aforesaid Trusts or in relation thereunto I
nominate and appoint the said Thomas Gillott and Richard Rhodes Executors of this my last Will and Testament
And lastly hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this only to be my last

Best low Room (save and except the Desk and Book Case) and also the best Dressing table. I give the Desk and
Book Case to my son Charles. I give the Clock to Thomas and also the Bible unbound. And Lastly I give the
Bible which is bound to my son John I declare this to be a Codicil to my last Will and Testament in witness
whereof I have set my hand and seal this 24 Day of February 1829
